Terms of Service
These Terms explain the service, paid plans, acceptable use, and what happens if Easigram changes or ends the service.
- Effective date
- August 27, 2026
- Policy version
- 2026-08-27
1. Who we are and acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Easigram (Easigram), including the Easigram website, account dashboard, website-building tools, hosted pages, and paid plans (together, the Service). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation. If you do not agree, do not create an account, use the Service, or complete a purchase.
2. Beta service and changes
Easigram is provided as an evolving online service. Features, interfaces, templates, limits, integrations, and availability may change as we improve the Service. We will use reasonable care in operating the Service, but do not promise that every feature will always be available or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
We may change, suspend, or remove a feature where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, product, or business reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practical. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity undertaken through your account unless caused by our failure to protect the Service.
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, third parties, or our legal obligations, including where there is suspected fraud, security abuse, or material breach of these Terms.
4. Your content and public websites
You retain ownership of content that you upload, create, or publish through the Service. You give us the limited permission needed to host, reproduce, process, display, and transmit that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service at your direction.
You are responsible for your content, your published websites, and the rights needed to use all text, images, trademarks, personal data, and other material that you upload or publish. You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or privacy- violating content.
5. Plans, payments, and one-time purchases
Plan prices, features, limits, taxes, and payment terms are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Polar, and we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
A one-time payment means that we will not charge you a recurring fee for that purchase. It is not a promise of perpetual, lifetime, or irrevocable access. A one-time plan provides access to its stated tier while Easigram makes the Service available, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Where a plan includes a recurring membership, its billing interval and renewal terms are shown at checkout. You may cancel future recurring charges through the available billing controls; access normally continues through the end of the paid period, unless a suspension or legal requirement applies.
6. Refunds and cancellation rights
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. It explains how to request help with duplicate charges, billing mistakes, material service failures, or refunds. We do not exclude or restrict cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that apply to you by law.
7. Planned service closure and your data
If we decide to permanently discontinue the Service, we will use reasonable efforts to give at least 60 days' advance notice by email to the account email address, where legally and practically possible. During a planned closure, we will use reasonable efforts to provide an opportunity of at least 30 days for you to retrieve your available workspace content and media before the Service closes.
Shorter or no advance notice may be necessary for security, fraud, legal requirements, insolvency, a serious service-provider failure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. A closure does not affect rights that applicable law gives you in relation to a prepaid service.
8. Intellectual property
Easigram, its software, templates, designs, and other Service materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own lawful business or personal purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service except where the law permits it.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee business results, search-engine ranking, visitor numbers, leads, revenue, or that a published site will meet every regulatory obligation applicable to you.
To the extent permitted by law, Easigram is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
10. Changes to these Terms and contact
We may update these Terms when the Service, law, or our business changes. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice by email, in-product notice, or both. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
Questions, notices, and support requests may be sent to recenstudio@gmail.com. These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable to Easigram's operations in Mauritius, subject to mandatory laws that apply to you.
